It's legally 3 bed rooms now but getting the city permission to be the 5 bed rooms which the house in under construction as of now. Large back yard and quite neighborhood. The major 2 freeways are near by, Freeway #91 and #5. Very famous fun shopping center is just next street which you'll enjoy it for eating and movie. Also the Knotts Berry Farm is only few blocks way.
